Kanye West and DJ Khaled are working on new music in Miami
Since the start of this new year, Kanye West has been focusing a lot more on his music. After collaborating with Gunna, The Game and other rappers, Ye is working on new music with DJ Khaled. He was seen at the studio with the music producer and fans easily guessed what was going on.
Kanye West has been seen at the studio a lot lately
It looks like we've been in for a perpetual Yeezy season since the release of the complete Donda mega project. The album was featured in a multitude of listening events and received the luxury treatment. Many remixes of this project have already emerged.
One of the tracks on the album, "24" even got a Drake cover during their joint Free Larry Hoover gigs. Likewise, Kanye West has been mentioned all over the headlines wearing new Yeezy shoes as well as GAP apparel.
The rapper was also mentioned dealing with parenting issues with Kim Kardashian, and more. Note that the hip-hop legend has rekindled his relationship with certain artists such as Big Sean, Hit-Boy and The Game.
Besides, Ye has been seen a lot more in the studio and has been talked about all over the world in recent weeks. As mentioned earlier, Yeezy settled his differences with The Game and the two rappers even collaborated on the single "Eazy."
Later, his new girlfriend, Julia Fox said he was in the studio with Future at some point. Some sources claim Ye and Big Sean may be working on music again after they were spotted together in Los Angeles. In the Drink Champs podcast, the two artists can be seen posting shots at each other.
Kanye West was seen at the studio yet again, this time with record producer DJ Khaled
On Friday, January 21, Ye was seen in the studio with famed “We The Best” record producer DJ Khaled. Indeed, the producer picked up Yeezy at a nearby airport very early this morning and they went to Khaled's mansion.
In a video circulating on Instagram, the duo can be seen in the studio. Kanye was on the mic with Khaled standing behind him, invested in the verse. The two were also seen riding around Miami.
“You have secured the voice. Ye's voice is there and it's secure. Now I have to go shoot this ad,” the We The Best boss said in an Instagram Story.
In addition, the new creator of Gap had already met Khaled at the beginning of 2021. During this meeting, the Miami DJ played Yeezy his album KHALED KHALED, released in April 2021.
FYI, Khaled collaborated earlier this week with Drake. Many fans are connecting the dots and wondering if the producer is planning to reunite Drizzy and Ye on one track. Remember that the last Drake / Kanye collaboration dates from 2017 with “Glow”.
