Settled for about ten years a few kilometers from the town of Nesmy, Jacqueline Monnet began her activity of creating and selling costume jewelry this summer.
Handmade
Handcrafted in macramé, the necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets and pendants that she offers are composed of the many threads that she chooses with care and embellished with fine pearls. “My companion is a handyman,” she explains. "He made the support on which I create my jewelry as well as the displays for sale". In Jacqueline's house, spaces are entirely dedicated to her creations.
Looking for places to sell
“The activity was formalized on July 1, so it was late to find my place on the various summer markets. Port Olona welcomes me, however, every Thursday and Sunday evening, with about fifteen other artisans. It is a success. I am already planning to find other places of sale at the start of the school year and to participate in the Christmas markets “.
