Since its opening on Friday November 19, 2021, the crafts fair has been well attended at the Palais des Congrès in Lorient (Morbihan). The event continues all day Sunday. Organized by a group of craftsmen helped by around fifty volunteers, Artissim, this year again, keeps all its promises of high standards.

"A little extra soul"

"These 55 craftsmen present unique pieces born of a singular story between their creator and the material worked, which gives them a little extra soul “, underlines Didier Le Hen, president of the show.

Jewellery, wood, ceramics, metal, glass or textiles – among others – the choice is great among all these creations which will surely give you ideas for Christmas gifts.

“Haute couture-style embroidered buttons”

Lydie Ducerf, art embroiderer, worked for Chanel for fifteen years. It exhibits an original range of "haute couture-style embroidered buttons, using several techniques", offered as magnetic brooches combining utility and aesthetics by allowing you to close or adorn a garment, bag or shoes. Models Byzantium, Herbe folle gold or Renaissance rouge, these very worked jewel buttons are of a great originality.

Sunday 21 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Palais des Congrès. €5. Health pass required.
