A new Yacht -shaped hotel will open in 2023
A new hotel will soon come to complete the hospital offer of Jumeirah since it was announced that the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab would open in 2023.
Drawn to look like a yacht, this new establishment comes to join the very iconic Hôtel de Burj Al Arab (whose design is like a sail) as well as the Jumeirah Beach Hotel (who has a wave form).
Its future construction site is none other than that of the old "360" bar.It will have some 386 rooms and suites, as well as 4 penthouses and 83 luxury belonging-outs, all located in the middle of private landscape gardens and with a magnificent view of the Persian Gulf.The site should also have more than 10 restaurants and bar, including a restaurant with an innovative concept since it will bring together 4 restaurants in 1 single.In terms of installations, well -being and leisure will be highlighted in the hotel since it will have many swimming pools, a spa, and almost 3,500 m² of space dedicated to fitness (on 3 floors).
