Lidl: this perfume at 6 euros has the same smell as a luxury perfume

You often have to pay a certain price to be able to buy a luxury perfume. The bottle is generally around 100 euros and even when they are on sale, they remain expensive. But, there are dupes at low prices that are likely to make more than one crack.

Indeed, for some time, Lidl has launched its Suddenly perfume brand composed of several bottles of perfumes for women with a capacity of 50 cl. For only 6 euros, we thus find the "Madame Glamour" which has a smell very similar to the perfume... Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel, one of the most emblematic of the house after Number 5. But, it is not everything: the "Chalou" recalls the smell of the famous perfume of the Chloé brand and the "Lovely" strongly resembles the famous "J'adore" by Dior.

A perfume tested and approved

The English newspaper The Independent took a closer look at the Lidl perfume "Madame Glamour". To do this, the journalists asked several people to smell the Lidl perfume as well as the Chanel to choose which one they preferred. Result: more than half of the consumers did not know how to differentiate them and some even preferred that of the Suddenly brand.

Lidl seems to have won its bet by creating a product at a mini price that smells as good as that of a luxury brand. However, it remains to be seen whether the latter is tolerated on all skin types, whether it can be applied to clothing without staining and whether the smell lasts throughout the day without becoming more acidic or too light.
