After many months of confinement, economic recovery is threatened by recruitment difficulties.Like many companies, Saverglass is no exception.Based in Feuquières, for over 120 years, the luxury glassware company has been actively looking for new employees on fixed -term contract (CDD).
The demand is strong
"During the health crisis, our customers destocks our products.But now, they reconstitute a fairly substantial stock, the demand is strong, ”explains Karine Marillier, human resources manager.
An additional workforce in the first confinement
Saverglass is therefore lacking in personnel at the start of the school year to respond to their customers.
Trial period
About fifty operators are sought for the completion part."This is the team that decorates the bottles, then performs quality control, packaging.Everything that guarantees the quality of our products.They are therefore essential in the manufacturing chain.»»
What qualifications should you have?"The taste for a job well done, a certain sense of motivation.We do not necessarily seek qualified people, because a ten -day integration course is offered.Theory and practice are privileged.»»
If the motivation prevails, you must have a good physical condition to hold the imposed pace. « Aujourd’hui, nos salariés ont entre 18 et 65 ans»», rappelle Karine Marillier.
